This thread is to supply you (a pilot), with important information that pertains to the hiring process, and business practices of GFR, (Gulf Alliance Freight VA). Please understand the following:1. GFR and its pilots/executives, follow a strict set of ethics. These ethics are very important for us to make sure that we are an efficient and well managed virtual airline. We are a freight airline, and it is a necessity that we move our freight,(cargo) to its correct destination on-time and accident free. 2. We treat air traffic controllers, fellow pilots, ground crew, staff and executives with the utmost of professionalism, respect and dignity. 3. We also treat our equipment with the utmost respect, for if we fail to do so, it may fail, cause delays, and inevitably consume precious time, and money. 4. We use proper phraseology when communicating with any ARTCC, or UNICOM. We have and entire thread dedicated to providing you with how to properly communicate with any radio capable entity that you may encounter during any phase of a flight.
As a pilot executive, it is not only my duty to ensure that this airline is successful, but also to provide any of the pilots that I hire with an open line of communication policy. Regards, and best wishes.
